Roos-N-More Zoo: The zoo is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that offers a totally ed-zoo-cational opportunity to our guests. We believe in conservation through education and hope that the up-close and personal encounters with our animal ambassadors will inspire people to help save their wild counterparts.

Bonnie Springs Zoo: The Bonnie Springs Zoo is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation created to support the Petting Zoo at Bonnie Springs Ranch. Their mission is to shelter and nurture adopted or abandoned animals while encouraging visitors to be educated and experience these animals in a natural setting. Our primary responsibility is to seek and provide financial support for the care and maintenance of the animals as well as educational programs and capital projects at the Bonnie Springs Zoo.

The Southern Nevada Zoological-Botanical Park (a.k.a. Las Vegas Zoo): is managed by the non-profit 501 (C)(3) Nevada Zoological Foundation. Our shady 3-acre park is located just 15 minutes northwest of the Las Vegas Strip. The zoo exhibits over 150 species of plants and animals (for more information click here). As the only zoo in Las Vegas and the only year-round zoo in Nevada, we work hard to fulfill our mission to educate and entertain the public by displaying a variety of plants and animals.

Plant World Nursery: We have taken on a mini zoo. People love to come to Plant World to visit the animals. We have cats, African tortosies, bunny rabbits, water turtles, Koi and over 50 exotic birds.

Gilcrease Nature Sanctuary (precaution allegations with this site): claims to be a non profit educational parrot-nature sanctuary. IPTouch was unable to complete this project due to improper animal care and financial concerns. Animal welfare report available upon request.

2. Began development of a Parrot Rehabilitation Department in areas relating to out of cage mobility for stress reduction, avian socialization security, digestive and respiratory systems support, physical balance and neurological strength protocols, natural movement and communication behaviors, and fresh food eating habits...
3. Created documentation and assessment formulas for drop off, adoption, special needs and fostering parrot candidates.
4. Assisted with providing a visibly healthy, educationally supportive, respectful animal care site, so as to promote community support.
5. Assisted with external volunteer training in areas of safe 'non to minimal' contact hands on approaches to the general parrot population concerning, out of cage enrichment activities in areas of communication, socialization, exercise protocols and basic grooming support.
6. Proposed basic record keeping and an ID system for site parrots within the IPT rehab program with Gilcrease staff support. This will not be indicative of past parrot records as these are illegible, do not identify the bird and or, cannot be located. Site management will be responsible for employee expectations of documentation continuance.
7. Documentation and verbal information concerning veterinarian considerations will be submitted to site management. (IPT is not a medical company and will not be held accountable for diagnosis and treatment needs of site parrots. IPT is an animal welfare educational company and expects Gilcrease to take responsible measures concerning parrot-animal health care needs).
8. Assisted with basic grooming needs that may interfere with mobility, balance and general safety of said avian population; However veterinarian support may be indicated for extensive beak, self mutilation, respiratory dis-ease etc. care.
9. Shared guidance for web site information and newsletter formulas as needed. This will be submitted to the managing person of this area.
10. Assisted with training of general staff and site support in areas of parrot safety protocols as appropriate. Site management is responsible for liability of said persons when following these approaches. 11. Funding support through IPT will go directly to parrot supplies. Ex: enrichment, external perches and educational supplies...
12. Assisted with general community workshops and counseling for adoptive and fostered site parrot caretakers, so as to provide safe and permanent havens for these birds.
13. Facilitated external volunteers from the IPT/UNLV programs with the future goals of consistent rehab staff-parrot department relationships. However the Gilcrease site will be marketed as a field trip within the IPT/UNLV curriculum. Participants from the IPT/UNLV program can further their relationship with Gilcrease according to internal site volunteer protocols. From here they can be included in staff volunteer training and educational activities.
14. Maintained an open schedule to create a consistent program with educated site staff and volunteer support.
